In improver to new airlines and new routes, officials say the airport's increasingly varied offerings — and life later on more than a year of "stay-at-home" orders — have brought on more leisure travelers and a need for more staffing. Stone says "there'south a multiplier effect" when new flights are added, creating space for more jobs at airlines, vendors and concessionaires at the airport. To meet that need, the airdrome is planning to host a job fair in Baronial.
For travelers hitting the air soon, whether on Contour or other airlines at the Indianapolis drome, officials recommend going back to their tried and true pieces of advice: arriving at least two hours before departure, especially in the early on mornings. Rock also recommends using the airdrome website to find parking availability and making sure you know about COVID-19 protocols when traveling internationally.
"We desire to brand certain that folks have a positive travel experience, so avoid the stress and worry," Stone says. "And just get here early."
